  • ​Parts of a house: This module is laying the foundation for a solid and robust journey through Property Ninja.
  • ​What's in a room?: This module explores the rooms of a house.
  • Who can help you?: Having a strong inner circle will help you become more successful more quickly.
  • Knowing your numbers: You will see and hear this phrase throughout your Property Ninja journey. It is a key skill in understanding property and is often something that grown ups don't fully understand!
  • ​Understanding Money: There are lots of monetary terms that your child may have no idea about.
  • ​The Quiz: The Quiz is a fun way to reinforce the key language and skills that have been learned over the modules.

  • Parts of a house: Your child will be encouraged through this module to look much more closely at the parts of a house and go beyond the more obvious features.
  • Where you live: This module addresses this and makes children more aware of their surrounding area.
  • Other Buildings: This module helps to broaden your child's thinking and encourages them to look at different buildings and be more curious. 
  • Knowing your numbers: Vital! The more aware they are of costs, the better their success in property can be.   
  • ​Understanding Money: This module introduces children to real life monetary terms to become more aware of money and what it is.
  • ​Values around money: This module starts to challenge children's opinions and values around money. 
  • The Quiz: 'The Quiz' is a fun way to reinforce the key language and skills that have been learned over the module.

  • Parts of a house: Your child will be encouraged through this module to look much more closely at the parts of a house and go beyond the more obvious features.
  • Where you live: Often children assume that all parts of the country look the same in terms of properties and areas. This module addresses this and makes children more aware of their surrounding area.
  • Other Buildings: This module compares other types of buildings to houses. This helps to broaden your child's thinking and encourages them to look at different buildings and be more curious. 
  • Knowing your numbers: Vital! The more aware they are of costs, the better their success in property can be.   
  • ​Understanding Money: This module introduces children to real life monetary terms so that they can become more aware of money and what it is.
  • The Quiz: 'The Quiz' is a fun way to reinforce the key language and skills that have been learned over the module.

  • Parts of a house: This module builds on the knowledge from Yellow & Orange Belt Module 1. This will look familiar and helps increase self-confidence. 
  • Tools of the trade: This module builds on your child's awareness around the materials that are needed to renovate properties or decorate a room.
  • Inner circles: We have shown your child a whole host of people who can help them in their property journey. It is now the time to think about who they surround themselves with and to think about the types of people they need around them. 
  • Business of property: Your child is now going to be learning about mortgages, buy to let properties and tenants. More knowledge and more awareness around using property as a business. 
  • ​Knowing your numbers: The focus here is being aware of buying a property with a mortgage and then charging enough rent to cover this.
  • The Quiz: 'The Quiz' is a fun way to reinforce the key language and skills that have been learned over the module. 

Stage 5

  • The business of property: This module looks at using property as a business.
  • Why property?: Your child has learned a lot about property in terms of buying and selling, rentals and HMOs. One thing that we haven't covered yet is why invest in property?
  • Inner circles: We leave property alone for this module and look at ways people can make money.
  • Knowing your numbers (Part 1): The majority of Knowing Your Numbers work is going to be around percentages. This is the most important number based skill in property.   
  • ​Knowing your numbers (Part 2): A double Know Your Numbers. We are keeping with the percent theme and are going to look more closely at mortgages and fees around them.
  • The Quiz: 'The Quiz' is a fun way to reinforce the key language and skills that have been learned over the module. 

Stage 6

  • The business of property: This module looks at using property as a business and builds upon the knowledge gained from green belt. 
  • Property Checks: This module increases your child's awareness around checking properties and their safety. 
  • Good debt vs bad debt: Traditionally, people assume all debt is bad and that being in debt is the worst thing you can do. This module is not encouraging people to get into debt randomly. It is showing that there are occasions where debt has benefits when dealing in property.
  • Knowing your numbers (Part 1): In this module we are going to take your child through the process of reverse engineering. This is a valuable skill and will help them begin to work out a potential profit.
  • ​Knowing your numbers (Part 2): We now look at knowing your numbers around profits from an HMO property. For this module we will assume that the property is already an HMO and doesn't need to be converted.
  • The Quiz: 'The Quiz' is a fun way to reinforce the key language and skills that have been learned over the module. 

Stage 7

  • Parts of a house: This module builds on the knowledge from previous stages and focuses the attention onto the roof structure of a property. Again, there might be differences from property to property in terms of shape and structure.
  • Inner circles: This module revisits the concept of an Inner Circle of people who provide support, guidance and expertise. 
  • Know your numbers - ROI: We now look at calculating something called a 'return on investment' or ROI. This takes the focus away from monetary value and onto percentages. It is easy to be drawn towards large financial figures which on their own can be very misleading. Figures used in this module are for illustrative purposes.
  • The Quiz: 'The Quiz' is a fun way to reinforce the key language and skills that have been learned over the module.
